Kimbry Collective is a UK-based business. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this site.

2. About Our Products & Made-to-Order Fulfilment

All wall art and homeware items sold on this website are made to order. We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner, to produce and ship your items from fulfilment locations closest to you.

Because items are produced specifically for each order:

  • We do not hold inventory.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect selection.

  • Production and delivery timelines may vary.

3. Eligibility

To purchase from this site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location), and

  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean the order has been accepted.

An order is considered accepted when:

  1. Payment is successfully processed, and

  2. Production begins through our fulfilment partner.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • An error in pricing or description occurs

  • Fraud or suspected fraud is detected

  • Payment is unsuccessful

If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices may be shown in USD/EUR for customers in specific regions.

Payment is collected securely through:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Squarespace Payments

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Taxes, duties, or import fees may be charged depending on your shipping destination. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Production & Fulfilment

Orders are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Items may ship from different fulfilment centres depending on your location.

6.2 Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and vary by region. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6.3 Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • Delivery is handled by the carrier selected by our print-on-demand partner.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs processing delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

7.1 No Returns for Change of Mind

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design

  • Items not matching your space as expected

  • Any reason unrelated to damage or production error

7.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you are eligible for:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

To request this, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

7.3 Issues Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Normal colour variations due to screens or printing

  • Carrier delays

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Change-of-mind requests

7.4 Lost Shipments

If your item does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

We will investigate with our print partner and carrier.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, a refund or replacement will be issued.

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Because production starts quickly after payment, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If production has already started, the order cannot be cancelled.

9. Accuracy of Information & Colour Variations

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences

  • Printed colours may differ slightly from digital previews

  • Sizes and dimensions should be checked carefully before ordering

Such variations do not qualify as defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artwork, images, branding, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Kimbry Collective and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Publish

  • Modify

  • Use artwork or images commercially

without written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To infringe intellectual property rights

  • To harm, defame, or harass others

  • To transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or servers

  • Payment processing via Stripe/PayPal/Squarespace Payments

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Kimbry Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or purchase of products.

  • We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or printing variations caused by third-party fulfilment partners or carriers.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a customer in the EU or US, you may also have statutory rights under your local laws. Nothing in these Terms overrides those mandatory consumer protections.
