What countries do you ship to?
Currently we offer shipping to UK & EU.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Depending on your country and the product, customs fees or import taxes may apply.
What is the average delivery time once an order is placed?
Deliver times depend on which country you’re in. In many cases domestic orders can be processed and dispatched in a few days; international shipping takes longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You can track your order using the link in your order confirmation email. Tracking updates will appear on your order status page so you can follow its progress.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled, however, as our products are made to order, once production has started cancellation may not be possible.

At Kimbry Collective, every piece of wall art and homeware is made to order through our trusted print partner. This allows us to create unique, high-quality products - but it also means we do not accept physical returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect selection.
