At Kimbry Collective, every piece of wall art and homeware is made to order through our trusted print partner. This allows us to create unique, high-quality products—but it also means we do not accept physical returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect selection.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

Because all items are printed specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design

  • Items not matching your space as expected

  • Any reason unrelated to damage or production errors

2. Refunds & Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly offer either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement at no additional cost

To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging

This information helps us process your request quickly and allows us to work with our print partner to resolve the issue.

3. Issues We Cannot Refund

We’re unable to issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Normal colour or tone variations due to screen differences

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Change-of-mind or aesthetic preference once delivered

4. Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We will investigate with our print partner and shipping carrier. Where shipments are confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be provided.
